Pablo R. Antonio Jr. started designing semi-conductor facilities 22 years ago in 1979 when Dale Cunningham of T.I. Corporate Facilities and Mike O Brien, T.I. Managing Director in the Philippines, commissioned Pablo R. Antonio to be their Architect. He was sent to train in Corpus Christi, Texas for about a month in order to comprehend the planning of semi-conductor facilities.

He also visited all the T.I. Facilities in Texas. By coincidence, it seems that every 5 years TIPI and PRADCI have a major addition to the existing facility as well as various improvements in between. About 15 years ago, T.I saw the need for a cleaner manufacturing modules to occur in the Philippines, it was at this time that Pablo R. Antonio Jr. was sent to Hiji, Mijo & Hatagoya, Japan to observe how the T.I facilities are done there.

After completing the Texas Instruments Plant in March 1980, other semiconductor  companies commissioned the firm to design their facilities such as Motorola Communication, Baguio Plant (not constructed) Analog Devices, Sucat Road, Paranaque American Microsystem, Inc., Sucat Road, Paranaque Dynasem Semiconductor Facilities, Paranaque (not constructed)
